Welcome to my Frequently Asked Questions page! I know that many
of you have questions, and although I can't personally
answer each and every piece of e-mail (because of the
volume), I will try to answer as many questions as I can
in this section. Please look to see if the answer to your

I have questions about becoming a member and membership benefits.
1. Can I make monthly payments instead of one payment for a year?
Yes! We have several membership payment options – you can join for one month or for one year. Payments are billed directly to your Mastercard or Visa. Monthly memberships are automatically renewed each month, for your convenience. Sign up here!

2. How much does membership cost?
Membership costs only pennies a day! Depending on the plan you choose, the cost can be less than 25 cents a day. It's very affordable and you'll get personalized support for becoming your B.E.S.T.! (Balance, Energy, Stamina, Toxin-free) Read about membership benefits here!

3. What if I have to cancel my membership?

4. I don't have a Mastercard or Visa. Can I send a check or use a different credit or debit card?
We use the most secure online payment system on the Internet, because we want to protect you. As a result, we are limited to accepting Mastercard and Visa at this time. Special arrangements for payment by cashier's check or money order may be made by contacting tech@marilu.com. Personal checks are not accepted.

I have questions about the public message boards.
1. Do I have to register to use the public message boards?
You may read the content of the public message boards without registering, however, you cannot post on the message boards without registering. To register, go to the public message boards, and click on the thin blue bar where it says "You are not logged in. Login or Register here." You must provide your name and email address to register.

2. Can I read the members only message boards?
If you are a current paid member, the members only message boards are available to you 24/7/365. If you are not a member, you do not have any access to those message boards. Become a member to get access to personalized support and information about the Total Health Makeover®.

3. How do I know where to post a message on the public message boards?
Our public message boards have several forums (major topic areas). The "Marilu.com Public Message Boards" are for general topics as well as questions and comments about the Total Health Makeover®. The "I Refuse to Raise a Brat" forum is for questions and comments about raising children. The "Marilu.com Help Desk" forum is for questions about access to the site, passwords, questions about your membership, etc.

I have questions about my membership password and getting to the members only parts of the site.
1. My password isn't working – I can't get to the members area.
Your password is case-sensitive (uppercase and lowercase letters make a difference, and a lower case L looks a lot like the number 1). You must also be a current, paid member for your password to work properly. If you get an error message when trying to enter your password, please send that error message as part of your request for technical assistance to tech@marilu.com.

2. I can't get to the chat room.
You must be a current, paid member to access the Chat Room. Please make sure you are typing your password correctly; the password is case-sensitive (lower and uppercase letters matter). Make sure you have the latest version of Java installed and enabled. If you are getting an error message, please copy that error message and send it to tech@marilu.com with your request for assistance.

3. I can't get to the THM Toolbox (member resources).
You must be a current, paid member to access the THM Toolbox, which contains special member resources. Please make sure you are typing your password correctly; the password is case-sensitive (lower and uppercase letters matter). If you are getting an error message, please copy that error message and send it to tech@marilu.com with your request for assistance.

4. I'm not getting a daily email.
First make sure there is an online class in session. Next make sure you enrolled in that class – members can take classes for free, but must enroll in each class. Your email program may require you to include newsletter@thmservices.com in your address book. If you have checked all these things, and you are still not getting the daily email, please email tech@marilu.com.
